This beautiful and spacious, modern house is set in a tranquil location among Pine trees and orange groves with stunning views of the surrounding mountains yet only 15 minutes from one of the many blue-flag beaches of Spain’s Costa del Azahar.

Because the house is located within an exclusive urbanisation that has electric gates and 24 hour security guards, it provides an ideal environment for anyone looking to reduce stress and unwind while taking advantage of the optional treatments that are available.

It is also a perfect location for walking, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, sailing and water sports, or simply an ideal base for those wishing to explore the Valencian Province to invest in property.

The sophisticated town of Gandia is only 5 kilometres away and offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, shops and the famous Borgia Ducal Palace. Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour north from Monte Pino and Alicante airport is 1hour 20 minutes south, with many places of interest in between along the Costa Blanca. Car hire is available at both airports.

Price per room per night is 65 euros, to include continental breakfast. For single person occupancy in a double room, the price is 40 euros per night. For longer stays please contact us for rates.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of half the rate is required upon booking with the balance payable in cash on arrival. The deposit is refundable, less 10%, up to 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the total deposit is non-refundable.
